2. No Medical Liability

Medizonia.com does not practice medicine or provide healthcare services. We do not employ physicians or medical staff. All medical opinions, diagnoses, treatments, and procedures are carried out by independent, licensed medical professionals and institutions.

By using our services, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• Medical decisions and procedures are the sole responsibility of the healthcare provider or hospital.
• Medizonia.com shall not be held liable for any outcomes, side effects, complications, negligence, or malpractice associated with medical treatment.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 30 to 60 working days to reflect, subject to third-party processing timelines.
